For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Joseph Ferraro. I am currently the President & CEO of SAMSON Controls Inc. in Canada, but have been in the industry for over a decade in many different roles including engineering and technical support, sales, and operations.

I have enjoyed being a CPCA board member for the past three years and interacting with this community of wonderful people. It has been exciting to see new initiatives take place to grow the association and enhance the member experience. I look forward to continuing to do so in the President role working closely with Past-President, Paul Bastel and incoming Vice-President, Sean Kozicki. I encourage everyone to get involved in the numerous committees within the CPCA.

The two biggest initiatives for me as I move into this new role are continuing to expand our offerings to bring more value to members and spreading awareness of new technologies in the process and automation industry. Both initiatives are focused on advancing our industry as a whole during times of great change.

I am really looking forward to working with the members and process and automation community going forward, and contributing to the betterment of the CPCA.
